Insurance & Fees

Our clinic is a preferred provider for most health insurance plans. We would be happy to assist you in determining your benefits. Please call our office with your insurance information. We will bill your insurance for you. Fees for in-network insurance are generally determined by your health care plan.

Worker’s Compensation and Personal Injury cases are accepted with prior approval.

MEDICARE: At this time, regular Medicare and supplemental insurance is not covered by Licensed Acupuncturists (L.Ac.). Some Medicare Advantage programs may have acupuncture coverage. In Monterey, for instance, I am in-network with the Aspire Program which has 2 policies that cover acupuncture. Certain Federal and retirement health plans (like CalPERS, fep-blue) may have coverage. Call our office and we would be happy to assist you in determining if your plan has acupuncture benefits.

VETERANS: Veterans with Tri-Care plans have coverage for acupuncture with a prescription from your MD and prior approval.
